Leadership Roles & Portfolios
In accordance with the Standard Lions Club Constitution, officers are elected annually for a one-year term commencing July 1st. Every position carries dedicated governance and fiduciary oversight responsibilities.
- Club President: Chief Executive Officer, presides over all board and regular meetings, coordinates committee charters.
- Vice Presidents: Oversee service project execution, membership development, and leadership succession.
- Secretary: Custodian of club records, district reporting, meeting minutes, and international correspondence.
- Treasurer: Custodian of administrative and activity trust funds, dues reconciliation, and annual audits.
