Per Article VIII of the Club Bylaws, regular meetings of the Board of Directors are convened on the first and third Tuesdays of each month. A majority of the total board membership constitutes a quorum.
Administrative funds and public charity activity funds are segregated in distinct commercial bank accounts. Every meeting minute records the balance sheet summary and disbursements.
